Read the refusal list

The decode deliberately refuses out-of-scope asks (structural opinions, legal interpretation, valuations, certain repair costs). That refusal list is part of the product, not a gap: an unqualified answer from a PDF would be a guess, and guesses are the one thing we promise never to sell.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Refunds

Parse guarantee: if your report PDF can't be parsed reliably, the decode is refused and your payment is refunded in full, automatically. No change-of-mind refunds. Australian Consumer Law guarantees apply as above.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for loss arising from reliance on this information.
